
Instructor Sandi Salvucci will lead you through various yoga poses.
Making yoga a part of your daily routine will help you become more
relaxed and aware of your body. It will improve your flexibility
and muscle tone, and is a great way to reduce stress and increase
your energy level. People leave our classes with a sense of wellness
and radiant health
- Sessions run for four weeks.
- Classes are
limited to six students.
- Two classes are held on Tuesday
Evenings.
- All classes include jacuzzi, 1 1/4 hours
of instruction followed by a visit to the sauna.
