Our Management Team

Peter Ochsner, founder of Essential Therapies, has retired from doing massage as of January 2016 but will continue working part-time as an administrator at the spa.

Judie Ochsner, Peter’s other half, works part-time at the spa booking appointments and keeping us organized.

Michelle is our Spa Manager. She received her aesthetics training at Assabet Valley Tech and has a nail technician license from Rob Roy Academy. Michelle is also certified in Reiki I. Michelle does facials, waxing, wet room treatments and pedicures. She is also trained to do microdermabrasion and laser hair removal. She loves her job, and she enjoys helping people relax. Michelle brings a warm personality & a wonderful sense of humor to her sessions.

Izabela is our Front Desk Manager.  She graduated with 1200 hours of training from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, in both medical esthetics and spa therapy. Izabela specializes in relaxing facial treatments, waxing, and wet room treatments. She is also trained in microdermabrasion, and most recently she received her pedicure license . Izabela also has a passion for makeup artistry. She loves making others feel good about themselves.

Izabela, Daniella, Gabby, Michele, Sarah and Tina are our Front Desk Staff.  They do much of the booking of appointments, greeting of clients and keeping us all organized, while keeping the spa clean and running smoothly.
